Accommodation was big and pleasant with kind and good stuff on shift. The location was quiet and great, right next to the B Bus stop which takes you directly to the Penkenbarn gondola with easy access to a supermarket and shops.

It's wonderful hotel and big size, with accommodating staff and absolutely perfect location right next to the B Bus stop which takes you directly to the Penkenbarn gondola. The venue provided a good customer service during our trip.

All in all everything was perfect, had a PERFECT 10/10 stay right in the town. We booked superior queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was magnificent and convenient, really close to a desert, and the wildlife that abounds in the valleys. It was good to be 1 km away from Die Metzger Kuchl, serving short-orders. Loved our stay in this place.

Great hotel in Mayrhofen with welcoming staff apart from the manager. Spotless room with an unforgettable view up to the mountains. Varied and extensive breakfasts and splendid food available. Marvellous setting in the local area, near to Zell am Ziller and Kaltenbach which are 15 minutes and 25 minutes respectively, and the bus station. Decent place for exploring Mayrhofen.

The location was central and next to a main street and a church. Restaurants and bars were located next to the hotel.

Family room with great lay-out, walk-in shower, floor heating, and separate toilet. Comfy beds, but bed linen not changed during the week. Fine breakfast with seasonal fruit, cheese, meat, and bread. Friendly staff, good dining facility. Offers value for money.

The location of the property was perfect and magnificent, to the 3 other large ski areas. Overall it was modern with balcony.

The staff on the reception desk were really friendly & helpful, full of useful advice. Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were really comfortable. The food was delicious and plentiful, the wait staff were all very friendly and interested in their guests. The hotel was perfectly located for our ski holiday, the Ski Bus stopped outside our hotel door. The train station was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going skiing in Mayrhofen or hill walking etc.

The location was central, so close to the wonderful mountains, Ziller and Kaltenbach, and surrounding restaurants. It also was directly opposite the Church.

Guests at the Kramerwirt are greeted by the warm and welcoming Tyrolean hospitality of the Kröll family. The authentic atmosphere and traditional charm make you feel right at home. We loved exploring the family's own hunting grounds, where we spotted an abundance of deer, marmots, and other game. It was a unique experience that added a special touch to our stay.

My children wanted to have more activities specifically tailored for families.
